Now that the first swallows have hit our shores announcing the true end to winter, this guy has encouraged me to put a very busy March behind me and look for the colour bonanza that is spring.
My favourite season by far as it never disappoints. The clocks have gone forward an hour and the days are getting longer. It’s after 8pm before darkness descends and the winter birds s have flown north again, their shift is at an end. The summer replacements are arriving on wing and the mornings are again filled with the glorious sound of nature’s alarm clock.
Ireland’s gardens and parks are a sea of yellow as the first flowers make their mark. More to come me thinks :)
